Terms of buying: When you pay for an item online via Rave Films digital payment link, you’re doing so on the following terms:
you warrant to us that you have carefully considered the suitability of the item, and that you have chosen appropriately;
you cannot cancel a completed purchase of an item;
the item will be delivered in a digital format file available on a temporary download link for you to download at your end. No physical deliveries of purchased item is provided by Rave Films;
we do not promise that any particular item will continue to be available on the temporary download link beyond 7 days. It is your responsiblity to download the item from the temporary download link within 7 days of receiving the temporary download link;
Disclaimer: Rave Films uses reputed and government authorised 3rd party payment intermediaries for receiving payments via digital mode.
We do not ask for or store your card details and/or bank details while receving your payment. Any discrepancy taking place while completing the payment via digital payment link provided by us or at any time after the payment is not the responsibility of Rave Films. Rave Films and/or any of its partners and/or employees cannot be held accountable for any discrepancy, payment fraud, leakage of your credit card and/or bank details that might occur while completing the payment and/or after payment completion via the digital payment link provided by us.
Warranties:
We do not make any express or implied warranties about any items you purchased through the digital payment link.
Rave Films reserves the right to change prices for items at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation:
Rave Films may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and/or limit order quantity. Rave Films may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online or Call Center order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Rave Films’ acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. Rave Films reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Rave Films cancels an order after you have already paid for the item via our digital payment link, Rave Films will refund the billed amount.
REFUNDS: Given the nature of digital items, a refund or credit on a purchase is not granted once the payment has been completed.
We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits, considering the digital nature of the items. There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:
you have changed your mind about the item;
you ordered an item by mistake;
you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
you ask for goodwill;
you are not satisfied with the quality of the item;
you do not need the item anymore;
If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done in INR. Currency conversion costs and any transaction charges and/or statutory taxes would need to be fully borne by you.
We are not a bank or licensed deposit taker in India or elsewhere. We don’t act as a fiduciary or as a trustee for you, and we’re not a licensed financial service provider. Do not pay more than the item cost. Any amount paid over and above the item cost would be refunded after deductions of third-party transaction charges, Rave Films admin charges, statutory taxes
thereof.
